Location
Join us at the beautiful CrossRoads Camp & Conference Center in Lowesville, VA, for the Youth Fall Retreat 2024. Located in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, CrossRoads spans over 600 acres and features hiking trails, a high ropes course, climbing walls, and more. It’s the perfect setting for a weekend of faith, fellowship, and adventure!

Departure: Sunday morning worship should end no later than 10:30am.
Groups will be able to leave directly after worship
Meals will be provided starting Saturday morning with breakfast through Sunday morning breakfast. Be sure to have your youth bring money for dinner on Friday and/or lunch on Sunday if you plan to pick up fast food on the way to/from the retreat.
Please contact Laura at the CBFVA office (ldavis@cbfva.org) by September 12th to inform her of youth/chaperones who have food allergies. We will work with the camp and try to accommodate your group as much as possible. Please be sure any registrants with food allergies bring snacks that they are able to eat.
Youth groups will stay in cabins, with room assignments provided upon arrival at on-site check-in. Each group will stay together in the same cabin, with girls on one floor and boys on the other. In instances where groups are smaller, cabins may be shared among multiple youth groups. If any special accommodations are required, please inform us in advance.
Worship will take place downstairs in Hunt Hall.
On Saturday, youth will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of breakout sessions throughout the day. With 8-12 different sessions to choose from, students can select those that best match their interests. We’ll offer a mix of engaging discussion-based and interactive, hands-on sessions to ensure a dynamic and enriching experience for everyone.
There will be free time on Saturday. Recreational activities will be available. The camp store will be open during this time. Be sure youth bring money to purchase snacks and other items from the camp store if they are interested.
